I have nothing but great feedback for this Dental office. The receptionists are always super friendly and helpful, and Dr. Hu is very patient and skilled with their work. Dr Chi was super sweet and friendly, and made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
First and foremost, I was scrambling to find a dental practice that could take me on a emergency basis for an extraction, and this was the only practice that was able to take me on such short notice. My dental team consisted of Dr. Kassam, Dr. Hu, and Akshita. The entire experience was 5 stars. No pain, no anxiety, and was a very pleasant experience to say the least. The team was extremely accommodating through the entire process and fully informative. They addressed all my concerns and questions in it's entirety. Hands down best dental experience to date. I am very grateful for their service and true 5 star treatment hands down. I will be recommending this practice to everyone I know. An old filling I had inserted overseas fell out a few months ago and an extremely deep cavity started forming—causing immense pain—and the team at Inspire Dental Group were able to fit me in on very short notice to have it assessed, cleaned & repaired. From the administrative staff to the 2 dentists that saw me, I left their office today a very happy and grateful woman! I am really upset with their lack of communication! I am always early, they are always late, hard to book, too many people go there, they never told me about the construction happening there, they certainly won’t pay for your parking, and they have hygienists that make me scream in pain! Terrible Customer Service they make me complain in front of people in the lobby! Then the lady said oh I can’t help you. I’m new here. You’re treated like a number and a dollar for them.
Dr. Bruce Chou and his team are rockstars! I had an incredibly difficult procedure that required drilling through teeth that was a millimetre or such away from nerve but Dr. Chou managed to get me through the procedure efficiently and without any pain. They say most people dread seeing their dentists, but you can put those fears away with Bruce as he is a dentist that you can trust!

If you’re looking for the best in dentistry you must go to Inspire Dental. I was referred to them by a friend after my previous dental clinic had left me wanting for more. Booking an appointment for my first assessment was the best thing I ever did.They are conveniently located in Port Moody with loads of parking available underground. Their office has gorgeous views and is always very clean and organized.The ladies at front reception are truly some of the sweetest people you will meet. Melissa and Daniella will take care of you and get all your appointments/billing sorted with a smile.Upon my first visit I was seen by Dr.Kang who has now become my regular dentist. I expressed my goals of getting veneers on my two front teeth as I had chipped them when I was a child. He laid out a plan that would transform my smile. After completing my Invisalign treatment and getting my veneers I can FINALLY feel confident with my smile!The whole process was spread out and presented in a way that didn’t feel overwhelming, yet it was done fast and efficiently. Dr.Kang was very detailed in explaining every step and answering any questions I had with the utmost patience and kindness. I recently went to inspire to have a new retainer made and it was such a smooth experience. The admin staff, Dani, worked with me to find a time that fit my schedule and was able to get me an appointment in a timely manner. When I arrived they had already got a determination from my insurance on what was covered and took care of the paperwork side of things. The appointment itself was quick and efficient!

I had a pretty intense fear of dentists and a pretty bad set of teeth going into my first visit at Inspire, and Dr Kang and staff did an outstanding job at both talking me through what steps would need to happen and making me comfortable with coming in for the work that needed to be done.After about a dozen visits they helped to fit me with 6 crowns, fill 4 or 5 cavities, and remove an infected wisdom tooth. At no point in any of my visits was I worried about not understanding what was happening or in discomfort, the Dr and the assistants are extremely communicative and check in on if you're ok.The front end staff are outstandingly kind and happy to help answer any questions, get appointments booked in without any fuss, and explain costs and coverage. I'm extremely happy to have found this place, as it likely saved me from a having toothless near futureThanks everyone if you're reading this!

I got to the dental office, the room was beautiful and the staff was friendly. Their CDA, Princess Chi-Ya Su the 3d greeted me and we went into op room 2.The first thing I noticed was how clean their rooms were. I thought it may have been too good to be true. I waited until they stepped outside, pulling out my portable microscope. Nothing, it was clean.They led me into the next room. Emma wanted to x-ray me. I've seen this in Marvel movies, so I adamantly refused to wear the lead bib. Emma wore me down with kindness, so I finally put it on. My third arm will have to wait.Dr. Chou met me in the third room. Handsome fella that complimented me on my gums. I blushed as he asked how my flossing situation was. "Great" I lied, before he removed a piece of last night's chicken. This man was too clever for trickery.They noticed my grinding was up and offered a Bite plane. Then Emma pulled out some new 3D scanning device. She complimented me on my ability to be scanned. "Thanks, I've been 3D before" I replied.The whole experience felt Natural and welcoming. I've written a complaint to google, because I believe this place should have the ability to give an extra star. This is 6 star service. 10/10 would get teeth pulled here.

I had the most amazing dental experience today with Dr. Ha and Megan. They were both very kind and friendly and did the work smoothly and stress free. There was almost no pain and it was a two hour filling appointment so that's amazing. All the staff at the Port Moody office are always super kind and easy to work with and I'm so grateful that they are in my neighbourhood. I recommend them to everyone!

Excellent dental care by Dr. Chou and team. There's a lot to like about this dental office. The front staffs are pleasant and quick with responses and submissions. The two hygienists I've seen, Amy and Ian, are both super on point and thorough with cleaning and I always leave with my teeth feeling nice and fresh. Dr.Chou also took care of couple issues I've had. All in all, a great dental practice. Oh and the view from the chair is actually quite nice.
Best Dentist experience I have ever had. My family all are patients with Inspire, and I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new Dentist. The office is beautiful, with windows facing the mountains, the staff are excellent and highly competent, and they do not push unnecessary treatment on you.
This clinic is fantastic, especially because of Dr. Chou. He’s super kind, really knowledgeable, and always makes each visit comfortable. The whole team is great, but Dr. Chou truly stands out. I definitely recommend him for any dental work you need!Also, Maddy is the best hygienist I’ve ever worked with, and I highly recommend her as well!

I have no words to describe the great experience I had at Inspire dental (Port Moody). It was an emergency situation and since the first contact and the assistance of Melissa, and all the team incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Ha was amazing providing me all the options I had, and explaining the pros and cons of all situations. Keiran, also gave me all assistance I needed. In the end I left with a new tooth, happy and with absolutely zero pain, showing how knowledgeable and skilled Dr. Ha is. Highly recommend! Thank you so much the entire Inspire dental team.
Recently registered with this clinic and had a check up and a clean done. I have to say all the staff have been absolutely fantastic. Lizzie on the front desk was amazing with all the kids that came in while I was waiting, knowing everyone's names and making them feel special. My appointments have been on time, and the clinical staff were so communicative and gentle, checking in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any anxiety or discomfort and/or needed a break. Also really appreciate the professionalism and that there was no 'hard sell' for additional services, which I have experienced in other clinics.
I am new patient at Inspire Dental Group Port Moody. I have been very impressed with the friendliness, kindness and professionalism of everyone there. From Melissa who greeted me when I walked into the office to Ian the Hygienist that performed my new patient setup taking ex-rays, digital images and pictures to Natalie the Hygienist who performed my cleaning. Every step of the way I was informed of the procedures being performed and if there was to be any discomfort. They checked a number of times to see if I was managing OK during the procedures.I then had a consultation with Dr. Kassam to go over my ex-rays, the digital image of my teeth and gums as well as the results of the visual exam. During the consultation Dr. Kassam provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on what "I" wanted performed based on my expectations and the related costs. This was very important to me because dental procedures can be very costly and at this point I wanted my best bang for the buck and they were very accommodating.The staff knew that I had remaining funds on my dental plan so they made sure to get me an appointment prior to the end of the year even though they were very busy. I am very grateful for that.My latest procedure was to repair my upper and lower front teeth. Dr. Kassam with assistance from Megan were terrific. It was great seeing them work so well together, that made me feel very at ease from the start of the procedure to the end (they even stayed late on a Friday to complete the work needed).To me my teeth look fantastic. I could not have expected a better result and that is all due to Dr. Kassam and Megan's expertise.I am very thankful to all at Inspire Dental.
The technician condescendingly mansplained teeth cleaning tips I already knew and then tried to charge me double the cleaning time for "tHe EdUcAtIoN" he provided 🙄EDIT: I posted this review and now they are harassing me via phone and email. What a shady business.
A warm pleasant staff. It was my first visit. Dr Kassam’s professional care is unmatched and have not experiencedever before. One of the associates named Leona absolutely made sure that I was comfortable during the whole process.
I was very nervous to switch dentists after moving to a new city, but Dr. Chou and his colleagues have done their utmost to make me comfortable and take care of all my dental needs. Every single person in that office is both friendly and professional. Terrific group of people.

Dr. Kassam and his team did a great job guiding me through my recent dental surgery. I felt comfortable with the process and I'm happy with the progress. He and the staff explained everything clearly and answered all my questions.
Everyone is really friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. Dr. Chou was so great, he not only did the best job filling over 8 big cavities but was patient, calm and attentive. I’m so glad I chose Inspire dental for my dental needs. Best decision
One couldn't find a better Dental office than Inspire Dental....very professional, caring, great attitudes, generous gift bags with everyday dental goods and community involvement. Best ever!!Just had major dental work done replacing all my old crowns, bridges and the new vaneers..........I've got a million dollar smile and couldn't of had a more professional, kind and compassionate group to work with. They made it fun and easy!!Another cleaning appointment with Natalie - so kind, gentle and so good at what she does. She definitely is my go to gal for all my leaning appointments.
Really friendly staff and they do little things such as give you a hot towel at the end which is really nice. My hygienist is great. The only downside is it is hard to get an appointment/reschedule appointments as they are so busy!
I’ve grown up traumatized from dentists (horrible patient care and horrible dentists) and was reluctant to have to go in each visit but in all honesty I came to inspire and never have felt more comfortable - specifically Dr Chow and his help have made me comfortable even looking forward to seeing my dental team. Inspire Dental is such an amazing clinic. First, it's an absolutely beautiful facility, and they have beautiful mountain views out of all the treatment rooms. And, most importantly, the staff is excellent. They are so very helpful, they explain everything perfectly and answer all your questions. Dr. Kang is an excellent dentist, and Natalie, Karen and Ian are wonderful hygienists. I recommend anyone who needs any sort of dental care (which is everyone) to come here!
The dentist is the last place I want to spend any of my time. I have past dental trauma, a ton of anxiety at the dentist and have never been able to find someone I could trust and feel comfortable around. After finding inspire dental, Dr Kassam and Dr Chou, I feel as though I have a safe space to take care of my health, they are always understanding of my anxieties and have helped me achieve the smile I’ve always wanted. I really can’t thank them enough for their continued support and care. I travel far to come to inspire dental and I’ll gladly continue to do so knowing my family and I are receiving honest, kind, and supportive care.

What a great place. I really hate going to the dentist however not this dentist. Dr Kassam and all of the staff get to the trust level very quickly and make it a happy and professional experience every time! Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.
The staff are exceptional and very professional from the receptionists to the assistants and to the doctors, they make sure that you are comfortable every step of the way. Very nice first appointment! Very warm and friendly staff, they all greet you like you’re an old friend, and make you feel relaxed and comfortable!Low pressure environment. They make sure you understand everything they’re talking about.Great view from the bright modern office.They use the latest in technology to get the best assessment of the state of things in your mouth.My last dentist was very high pressure and I switched because I started to not trust them just wanting to make as much money off me as possible.So far I get a much better vibe at Inspire!
My experience with inspire dental has been fantastic! I recently had gum surgery/skin grafting. It went so smoothly without virtually any pain. The team was awesome with all the follow up apts. Dr Kassam is the best dentist I have ever been to. Kelsey is a very cheerful assistant. Ian has done my cleanings and we almost always have some good laughs. The receptionists always make feel so welcomed. I highly recommend his office to anyone. They are all the best!!!
I went to inspire dental for my wisdom teeth removal and cleanings. The staff were all really friendly and knowledgeable and were great at adapting the procedure to my needs!Dr. Chou was very professional and great at what he does. Extremely attentive and personable and highly recommend for anyone looking for a dentist in the Port Moody area! If you feel uncomfortable with going to the dentist, you’ll feel right at home with inspire dental!!The clinic is also beautiful and offers a beautiful view during your visit!
Just made the switch to Inspire, and I am so happy I did! The office is clean and inviting and from the receptionists to the practitioners, everyone is so friendly and kind! My initial appointment with Dr Chou and Kelsey tackled all of my concerns followed by an impressive 3D scanning of my teeth. Today, I had my first filling with Dr. Chou and Leona, and I was thoroughly impressed with how gentle and comfortable the experience was. Dr. Chou is skillful, informative, and personable! Cannot recommend them enough!
