It's been a year since I’ve been a patient for different dental treatments such as cleaning, wisdom teeth extraction, etc, all I can say is I received excellent treatment. Dr. Chou is my dentist there, she did a fantastic job with my fillings and wisdom teeth extractions.
I have been a patient for about 30 years. Always had excellent treatment. Dr Kwong has shown his leadership for years and now, following the COVID19 problems, he has created the new PuraAir air purification system for dental offices to protect both patients and staff. I see Dr Kwong less frequently now but have also received excellent care from Dr Jolly Ma and now Dr Bruce Chou. Also years of excellent care from hygienists Kelly and Victoria.Dr Kwong has, in the last 2 years, completed 2 front tooth implants and both were handled well and with great care from the outset. Dr Ma has replaced 2 crowns recently, after 20 years of use, due to cavities beginning under the edges of the crowns. They last a long time, but not forever she did excellent work on both.

This is a really great dentist. Like everything in Vancouver, it is expensive compared to rest of Canada. But it is also a very good dental practice so I generally feel you get what you pay for. Especially in an emergency no one you want more than Dr.Ma to be there to help. Also really great staff in all roles. Tons of reminders for appointments. Dana is incredible hygienist, I have almost fallen asleep having my teeth cleaned she is so good.Biggest thing is if you have TMJ or jaw issues then this is a one of a kind dental practice. They aren’t allowed to advertise their approach for whatever regulatory reasons but for me personally Dr.Kwong and Gina have brought a whole new approach to helping me after 20 years of jaw pain following wisdom teeth removal. If you have jaw issues in particular I highly recommend taking the time to meet him and get an assessment. I had seen a lot of dentists and none of them discussed the idea of jaw realignment using mouthguard and braces. Relief. Epic relief. He might be able to help if no one else can.
Dr Kwong came in to see me on Sunday when I had a crown fall off on Saturday. He met me in his office at 9a.m. and worked on me as if it were a regular work day and I had an appointment.My problem was solved quickly and efficientlyTruly, above and beyondI've been with Dr Kwong for 15 years or so, and this illustrates just one of the reasons why.

He did a great job and I must say that to this day it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
