I just went for my 4 month check up and cleaning. My experience at Inspire Dental is an 11/10. Sandra greeted me with a beautiful smile and Jenzen was gentle and did a fantastic job on the cleaning and Dr Jay as always was so pleasant and explained everything to me:). Who loves going to the dentist? Me!I have been seeing Dr. Jay Chan since 2018 in Surrey and I followed him to the Langley clinic.Dr. Chan and the team (hi Brenda and Sandra) make going to the dentist such a pleasant experience. They have top notch technology. I had an amazing experience, Sandra, Brenda, Dr.Chan and Jenzen are incredibly helpful and friendly. I hadn't been to the dentist for years because of dental anxiety. At my first appointment, Jenzen left my gums like new, excellent hands and care that gave me a deep clean without any pain. Jenzen explained to me the care after my cleansing to maintain the results I obtained.Dr. Chan knows a few words in Spanish and made me feel at home. He explained in detail what I need, and prioritized what is urgent and what can wait later.Very satisfied with the treatment and kindness of everyone. Always feels like I am welcomed by my family every time I come on my appointments. They try to get to know you and connect with you on a personal level. Dr. Jay is awesome and always kind. Sandra (the PCC) always welcomes you with a bright, sweet smile as you enter the door. The rest of the team are very friendly and accommodating. The whole team is just giving you the good vibes every appointment you attend. Plus, if its your first visit with them, they donate $25 to the charity they are supporting. And wait, did I forgot to mention that they do activities with their patients such as ice skating as a get-together event? YES they do! So definitely worth checking out. I will vouch for this dental office.

Dr. Chan and his team are really professional! I had another dentist that I trusted and worked with for a long time. But, due to some difficulties she currently is not available. I had a problem with my tooth for a while and I didn’t know who to go to, I saw couple of dentists but I couldn’t trust them, until I was referred to Dr. Chan’s office! He is knowledgeable and skillful with great work ethic! All his staff are really nice and helpful and will listen to you. He did some fillings, a root canal and placed two crowns on my teeth and I’m very happy with the result…

From my first visit with Dr. Jay Chan's office, I was greeted with the warmest smiles and a clean waiting area that instantly put me at ease. The receptionist, Sandra, was super friendly and easy to chat while I waited to be called in.Dr. Chan is a rockstar! He's patient, friendly and super helpful with the information he gives. He will never give you the vibe that he's too busy to talk to you, he's always open to questions and explaining things. I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to the dentist from a past experience, so when I explained it to him, he said he completely understood and did his best to make me feel ok. The distraction of the TV on the ceiling really helped :)Brenda is also AMAZING at what she does. She is thorough, efficient and also very friendly. I felt completely like I was in competent hands. She was able to share some tips with me that will be useful going forward. The other hygienist, Jenzen, was also incredibly sweet!What sets this place apart is the attention to detail. The whole team seems genuinely invested in your well-being. They go above and beyond to ensure you're comfortable and informed every step of the way. Dr Chan and staff are top notch, go above and beyond! I had a small filling yesterday and it only took 15 mins, went very smoothly and there was no sensitivity whatsoever!
