I visited Inspire Dental Clinic for the first time for a routine check-up, and I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Lee was incredibly kind and accommodating. Although my appointment was just for a check-up, I requested a filling on the spot, and he graciously agreed to do it. What really impressed me was how thorough he was—he took pictures of my tooth before, during, and after the procedure, explaining everything to me on the screen. It made me feel informed and confident about the treatment.

I was referred by a close friend to try Inspire Dental and to see Dr Moarefi as I have a HUGE phobia of the dentist.I can honestly say that it was the BEST decision I have ever made!!! Dr Moarefi is not only on top of her game in her profession, she is so very compassionate and really took the time to explain things so that a “Regular Joe” like myself, could understand.I have an upcoming appt and believe it or not, I am not nervous in the slightest for my procedure… that in itself is a miracle!ALL the staff are friendly and you can tell they CARE about each and every patient.I HIGHLY recommend Inspire Dental -Surrey!!

I go here regularly to do my cleanings and operations. Awesome vibe and friendly front desk ladies. Lea(?) and Alisha always got smiles on their faces 🙂 I've seen both Doctor.Cho and Dr.Murraphy, and assistant Khristen, they were very diligent in their operations and great follow up. I had a very bad experience with Inspire Dental Surrey. I had a scheduled cleaning appointment for 75 min. The hygienist took so long to do X Ray due to faulty machine and then while cleaning the teeth she kept pouring water in my mouth without realizing that the cleaning machine is not working. After about 30 min she called another hygienist to fix the cleaning machine and by that time she realized that she has spent all the time. Left with no choice, she did a manual scrapping/ flossing and called it a day. To the extent she told me that she cannot do more cleaning as my gums are inflammted. If that was the case then she should have told me in the beginning. When I questioned that their machine didn't work for most of the time, they had no answer and said you are absolutely right. You can talk to our Manager. By then the receptionist had already submitted the claim to my Insurance company.The manager first called it a communication error, not sure 😕 how it is a communication error when the machine didn't work and you just did a job of 10 min and charged my insurance whole lot of money. Then she put the blame on hygienist without taking any responsibility. I had informed my insurance not to clear any bill from this clinic as they didn't do the job.I would like to warn ⚠️ everyone using this clinic to check the time they actually spend on you as the way they charge you. And they actually do their job instead of just making you sit on chair and watch the clock ⏰️.The management response to whole incident was we can reverse the charges.... As if they had done a favor

About two months ago, they did not honour the Canadian Dental plan card. Now they do. I am very glad; I have been going there for the last 45 years when still Dr Jesten was there. I had several implants at the Vancouver office and here, many crowns here and other jobs. I'm not very unfortunate with my teeth, but very fortunate with them. I could not imagine a nicer atmosphere, friendly, pleasant, respectful professional people. I encounter many doctors there, and all are top-notch. When they do a tooth, it is done right for decades coming.

They have a great reputation for a reason!The admin team is accommodating, responsive and helpful, even through e-mail, which was so appreciated.The hygienists and dentist were so friendly and compassionate. I had a consultation with Dr. Nasim Moarefi regarding my overall dental condition which I was pretty much sure was really bad. After a deep cleaning and scaling the doc suggested multiple fillings to take of the cavities that my teeth had developed. I had multiple sessions with her and finally when I see the results, all I can say is that she and her team (Kristin) did a marvelous job. I had absolutely no pain during the entire course of treatment and the procedures were done immaculately. Besides, the insurance claims were super smooth and I had a wonderful overall experience with this dental care. Highly recommended for anyone who's looking for dental check-up and wants to pursue healthy dental care. Cheers!

Amazing experience for myself and my little one. Everything from the follow up reminders, all pre-communication leading up to the appointment, and in-person service was warm and friendly. There was no wait in the reception area; I was seen right on time and those waiting in the reception all had arrived early prior to their appointment. I am so used to having poor time management and unclear communication from all previous dental clinics. They are doing something right here, that’s for sure!!!

Inspire Dental Group Surrey is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help me when I had an abscess molar and had poor treatment from my usual dentist. I called Inspire for a second opinion when I was told freezing wouldn't work and to just wait for antibiotics to kick in. Inspire was so professional and understood how urgent it was. I went to the ER as the pain was excruciating! They made room for me the very next day and was able to provide freezing and do a pulpectomy (drain it) that same day! Dr Moarefi and the staff were literal guardian angels! I am so grateful for their prompt service, compassion and professionalism ❤️🙏 I'm going back for a root canal and I am switching my dental services here immediately. Thank you Inspire Dental Group! You saved me 🥰😇

Switched over to this clinic over a year ago and can’t recommend them enough. Warm, friendly environment with professionals who work with care. Big shout out to the front desk work administrators/receptionists. (Sorry I forgot your names). Had an issue with my insurance providers today, and they were completely understanding of the situation. They allowed me to cancel on the spot without charge. Really great people who go out of their way to make sure your visit is seamless and comfortable. Easily the best clinic I’ve been too!

I usually have nothing but good things to say about this dental practice and have successfully referred many clients to several locations. Until recently I called in the other day to cancel an appointment. The receptionist on the phone was definitely doing a dis service to the establishment with the way she handled my inquiry. I tried explaining the reason of the cancelation and it fell on deaf ears. Instead of the superb customer service I usually receive I was belittled and immediately reminded of my past no shows/cancelations. I even suggested if I could reschedule again that was ignored. It seemed as the only thing that was being addressed was the 75 dollar re booking fee which I felt was being threatened if it were to happen again. I gave a 25hr notice and I understand there are policies indicating a 48hr window for cancellations. That does not excuse the atrocious customer service I received, the tone of voice which was used was uncalled for. Did not feel like a client at all just a nuisance at that point which left me with a feeling to write this review. Being in the customer service industry for over a decade this kind of service proves ludicrous. Lots of places are fairly understanding with these types of cancelations. Seems the industry standard is usually 24hrs for example my physio/chiropractor/podiatrist's/family doctor would be satisfied with a 24HR notice. I don't understand why I received this kind of response but I can assure its not the way to retain business.
