I have been a patient of Dr Wilson Kwong’s for over 20 years. He and his staff are always very professional and his office has the latest equipment. Dr Kwong is an expert in his field. I have had an implant and several crowns and the fit has always been perfect. Dr Jolly Ma is also an excellent dentist. Victoria, his dental hygienist is very thorough and it is always a pleasure to have working on my teeth.
It is clear that they incentivize patients to write good reviews, even though their business has been shady and takes advantage of patients. They make you do useless tests to bill out of pocket, and the exam itself only took 3min. Led to a $900 bill that came out of nowhere.
My family has been going to Inspire Dental for many years - my wife took me there when we got together and now our teenage kids are regular patients. Top tier care, attentive and proactive treatment, and cosmetic work that we've been very happy with. Dr Ma and Dr Kwong are incredible - friendly, relaxed, and the service from their entire team is the best I've ever experienced in dental health.
An amazing facility. They have always treated me well and kind for the 6 months that I’ve been here. Very well coordinated and professional too. Dr. Kwong was very professional and knows how to do his job well. Rosie was the first lady who took me in and was very coordinated and kind. Then, Gina as the second hygienist who took me in for 6 months and has been taking care of my teeth since then. She is very talented and professional, her hands are very light weighted and she is very welcoming too. Overall my experience at Inspire Dental Oakridge is 100/10. They took off my braces and I’m very happy with the results. They have an awesome team and staff!! As well as the receptionist Amanda, she is very professional and well spoken too. It's been a year since I’ve been a patient for different dental treatments such as cleaning, wisdom teeth extraction, etc, all I can say is I received excellent treatment. Dr. Chou is my dentist there, she did a fantastic job with my fillings and wisdom teeth extractions.
I have been a patient for about 30 years. Always had excellent treatment. Dr Kwong has shown his leadership for years and now, following the COVID19 problems, he has created the new PuraAir air purification system for dental offices to protect both patients and staff. I see Dr Kwong less frequently now but have also received excellent care from Dr Jolly Ma and now Dr Bruce Chou. Also years of excellent care from hygienists Kelly and Victoria.Dr Kwong has, in the last 2 years, completed 2 front tooth implants and both were handled well and with great care from the outset. Dr Ma has replaced 2 crowns recently, after 20 years of use, due to cavities beginning under the edges of the crowns. They last a long time, but not forever she did excellent work on both.

This is a really great dentist. Like everything in Vancouver, it is expensive compared to rest of Canada. But it is also a very good dental practice so I generally feel you get what you pay for. Especially in an emergency no one you want more than Dr.Ma to be there to help. Also really great staff in all roles. Tons of reminders for appointments. Dana is incredible hygienist, I have almost fallen asleep having my teeth cleaned she is so good.Biggest thing is if you have TMJ or jaw issues then this is a one of a kind dental practice. They aren’t allowed to advertise their approach for whatever regulatory reasons but for me personally Dr.Kwong and Gina have brought a whole new approach to helping me after 20 years of jaw pain following wisdom teeth removal. If you have jaw issues in particular I highly recommend taking the time to meet him and get an assessment. I had seen a lot of dentists and none of them discussed the idea of jaw realignment using mouthguard and braces. Relief. Epic relief. He might be able to help if no one else can.
Dr Kwong came in to see me on Sunday when I had a crown fall off on Saturday. He met me in his office at 9a.m. and worked on me as if it were a regular work day and I had an appointment.My problem was solved quickly and efficientlyTruly, above and beyondI've been with Dr Kwong for 15 years or so, and this illustrates just one of the reasons why.

Dr. Jolly Ma and the team here have always been very attentive regarding my oral care. I fully trust in her advice and appreciate being explained my alternative options when available. I have been a patient of Dr. Kwong for 15 years and I still appreciate the work he had done on my teeth. He did a great job and I must say that to this day it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My hygienist Viktoriya is very good, friendly, gentle ,thorough and knowledgeable with what she is doing. She always does a great job cleaning my teeth. Her expertise is very commendable.
