The whole INSPIRE dental experience especially with the each and every staff works there are always pleasant, nice and professional. I do appreciate them for their utmost care every time I go there. When it comes to dental treatment woth Dr. Kwong, he’s absolutely a master. He’s got the skills and experience but also great communication skill to have the patient understand the easiest ways and to choose the best for them. He would tell you not to do it if anything is not necessary whilst maybe other dentists might go that route. He is my new doctor and as anyone who starts as a new patient, it’s natural to have some anxiety and some mysterious clouds hanging before your head but with Dr. Kwong, everything is crystal clear and I can trust his recommendations and his excellent hands 100%. I’m very happy to find this brand new dental office, the doctor and the wonderful staff. I do recommend this dentist to anyone who’s looking for a new dental office.

I was introduced to this clinic last fall (2023) by two good friends R and R who gave it high marks.Both my husband and I have been delighted with the experience.I have gone from being a total scaredy-cat to almost a relaxed cat.Dr. Kwong, Dr. Ma and Dr. Loh provide highly skilled services along with the latest in technology. This is wrapped in a clinical atmosphere, where all the staff aim to make your visit as pleasant as possible. For example; water, tea, coffee is served if desired, staff check on your level of comfort during procedures, follow-up calls are made post service and more.All of the staff present as very warm, gentle, funny and knowledgeable. Oh, I can't forget the client appreciation parties! A real treat!Ps. This is such a good dentist. Really amazing service with reminder emails and texts and easy scheduling. Dr. Bhimji has incredible bedside manner and was really informative. The technology they use is next level with digital 3D modelling of your teeth and so much more. Also watching Netflix on a TV inlaid into the ceiling makes the whole experience much more entertaining. Keep it up!
